UNS S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes are produced through hot extrusion and cold drawing, followed by controlled solution annealing and rapid quenching to achieve the optimal ferritic-austenitic microstructure. This process ensures high mechanical strength, uniform grain structure, and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making the tubes suitable for offshore platforms, marine systems, oil & gas processing, chemical plants, and high-pressure heat exchanger applications.

Inspection & Testing

Each production batch undergoes a comprehensive quality control program including Eddy Current Testing (ECT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT), hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI), dimensional and surface finish inspection, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical property verification.
